- Standard: Processing usually takes 1 -10 business days.

Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: shipping from €5.95, and free from €200. Rest of Europe: from €8.95, depending on the country. You'll see the exact cost at checkout once you enter your country.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a track & trace by email. You can also follow your parcel at any time through our tracking portal.

Products with the 24H icon are shipped within 24 hours on working days. For other products the processing time is 1 to 10 working days, after which your order is shipped. Once you've ordered, you can see the status and expected delivery of your order in our order portal.

Yes. Every pair is checked by hand for authenticity and quality before shipping. Everything we sell is new and unworn. Not sure? Feel free to visit our store in Tilburg and inspect the pair yourself.

Yes. You have 14 days to decide. If the size doesn't fit or you're not satisfied, you can return the item unworn and in original condition through our returns portal. Return shipping is at your own cost. Prefer to exchange for another size? We do that for free, or drop by the store.
