Yes, We thoroughly check every item for authenticity.
My size isn't in stock.
We restock sizes and add shoes multiple times a week. But it is possible that your size is out of stock or the shoe that you want isn't added on the site.

Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order.
Cancelation is only possible before an order is processed.

Contact us as soon as possible to change your order.
We can only change your order before it is processed.

Do you ship wordwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. If your country is not listed at checkout, please feel free to reach out to us at info@mentastore.com, and we will be happy to assist you with a custom shipping arrangement.

- Orders to the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped with Post NL
- Orders to other countries are shipped with the cheapest carrier
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping to the Netherlands on orders above €200.
How long will it take till I receive my items?
- Same-Day (Blue Dot) Shipping: If you place your order before 17:00 we will ship your order withtin 24 hours.
- Regular shipping: Your order will be shipped within 1-10 business days.

Yes, it is possible to pick up your order. When you are checking out select the option to pick up your order and just follow the ordering process like usual.

Yes, if you ordered online you have the right to return/ exchange (subject to inventory), within 14 days of receiving the goods from the initial order. Note no returns on store purchases all sales final.

Is it possible to exchange my purchase instead of returning it?
Yes, you can exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it. Please follow the return instructions in your account. We cannot accept returns on sneakers if : on our returns page and indicate which alternative product you would like to receive.
