We restock sizes and add shoes multiple times a week. But it is possible that your size is out of stock or the shoe that you want isn't added on the site. Than you can request your item by filling in the form on the site.
We have built a great network of people and stores that supply us the needed shoes. There are some big names and stores involved so we can guarantee 100% authenticity for all our items.

Yes, we ship worldwide. If we don't ship to your country send an email to info@mentastore.nl to get an custom inquiry.

- Orders to other countries are shipped with the cheapest carrier
We offer free shipping to the Netherlands on orders above €200.
If the product is in-stock we will ship orders ordered before 17:00 the same day. Products that are out of stock will take 1-10 working days.

Returns
Yes, if you ordered online you have the right to return/ exchange (subject to inventory), within 14 days of receiving the goods from the initial order. Note no returns on store purchases all sales final
Returns regarding damaged shoe boxes will be voided.
Returns regarding replacement boxes will be voided.
Returns regarding Special Release Items will be voided, like Pre-orders etc. All sales are final.
The Customer holds the right to return or change when the following requirements are met:
1. The customer holds the right to open the package and check the contents. All products must be returned in original and unused state. When trace of usage is visible, returns will be voided.
2. The product must be in Original and brand-new state including tags, box and extra's if applicable.
If you wish to make a return/exchange, please follow these steps:
- Check whether you have the right to return.
- Log in to your account and request an return
- Send the package double-boxed & well packed. Mentastore is not responsible for any loss, nor damaging during the shipment.
The package has to be received by us within 14 days of notifying us about the return.
Keep the tracking receipt.
If your return has been received, your request will be processed within 5 working days. If you do not hear from us after 5 working days, please contact us.
We only accept returns thru your account. We don't process returns that are send without any notice. We hold a minimum off €7.95 for return shipping costs from your refund amount.
We do not refund shipping costs if you didn't choose the cheapest option.
